A Mental Health Toolkit for Young Adults with a Terminal Diagnosis
You are here because you have heard the word terminal. We are here because, at this time in your life, you may want to be with people who know what you are going through, understand the challenges you face, and provide you with tools to help you navigate this journey.
Megghan’s Course is a resource designed to support teens and young adults with terminal illnesses through a mental health toolkit. This course was developed by L.E.A.D., with the assistance of their clinical board of advisors, corporate wellness experts, and individuals with lived experience on the topic matter.
E-Course Details
Megghan’s Course is an online, 8-9 hour course meant to be taken in small sections at a time.
All LEAD courses are paced by the participant, and Megghan’s Course allows the flexibility to skip sections and return to them as needed.

Build resources of self-advocacy and coping mechanisms.
