LEAD empowers camp professionals with no-fluff mental health education to proactively meet the MESH needs of campers and staff and improve the wellbeing of camp communities.
While LEAD typically provides four free, industry-specific webinars each month, we have made the intentional and #proactive decision to PAUSE public webinars until February of 2022. During this time, the #LEADfam will #Relax, #Reset, and #Refocus, with our client and Community Partners in mind. This intentional break will allow LEAD to improve internal processes, launch new programs, and show our team the appreciation and compassion they deserve after an incredible year of growth! In order to continue bringing value to our clients, we need to first value our team and their self-care. Remember, it's okay - and courageous - to put yourself first.
